Equipment use:
This equipment is used to receive hot melt slag from blast furnace, after heat preservation, air quenching and granulation after release.

The electrode lifting device has the following advantages:
· The conductive transverse arm is flexible in lifting, the system has small inertia and good rigidity;
· Simplified structure, good insulation performance and high reliability;
· Can easily and reliably clamp and relax the electrode;
· The electrode clamping force is large, and the clamping head is not easy to spark;
· The electrode lock is a water-cooled component, which will not cause the electrode to slide due to thermal expansion in the high temperature area.

The slag inlet device is mainly composed of a copper water-cooled chute and a sliding device is provided at the bottom. After the work is finished, the slag can be moved outside the oven to clean the residue, which can effectively reduce the workload and extend the service life of the chute.
